MEET YOUR PROVIDER
Holly Lukenbill, FNP-BC
Holly is a dedicated nurse practitioner passionate about personalized, compassionate care. Her healthcare journey began as a CNA in an assisted living facility, where she learned the importance of treating every person as an individual with a story.
After earning her BSN from Metropolitan State University, Holly worked in medical-surgical nursing before pursuing her master’s degree at Purdue University Global, becoming a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her approach focuses on active listening, patient education, and collaboration — empowering patients to play an active role in their own healthcare.
